Looking for some assistance if possible - we placed a nbn order with Telstra last week (online) and were told we would be contacted shortly to confirm and progress the order.
We still haven't been contacted. I used the order reference number in the confirmation email to "track my order" but it came up as an invalid reference number.
I've now tried the "contact us" page, but seem to be stuck in a loop of being pointed to the "track my order" page and the general "contact us" page.
Any ideas? I'm now resigned to not having nbn before new year, but would like to see some progression at the least.
