How long does a home internet (NBN) data top up normally take? I'm referring to the 3 free top ups you can use per year. Website and text message I received when I exceeded my limit indicates up to 30 mins. I have been waiting for 5 days, almost now to the end of my billing cycle and any benefit of a top up is gone. Very frustrating, help desk cannot help. Many many 45 plus minute phone calls trying to resolve. I'm now worried that it will not restore to normal on the 24th Dec which is the new billing period and I will be without internet over Christmas.
