I was wondering how long it takes to be connected to NBN after requesting connection on 31st December.
Was told it would happen on 3rd January. It did not happen and no one let me know even after emails said they would keep me informed.
Rang Telstra on 4th January and was told it has been delayed and will keep me informed with email. Still waiting for email!
Not that worried about delay but if they say they will keep me informed why don't they let me know.
