I am new to Telstra. Just signed up to NBN $120.00 per month.
Package: 25-100 Mbps with speed boost.
What at a joke. Waste of time and money.
Recieving 1.5Mbps. Max 3.5Mbps
Rang 15 times to talk about problem.
Same questions. Same promises. Same technical engineer will call within 24-48 hrs.
No call 4 days later.
Pissed off.
Trying to go to the top to swing some wood to get something happening.
Same Phillipines call centre. Go round in circles.
Got out any ideas.
