I placed an order with Telstra for NBN Connection 26Jan17.
Received a connection date of 02Feb17.
Received phone call 31Jan17 saying this order will not go thru for Techinal Reasons.
Reason (Techincal) Refused.
02Feb17 received phone call that order would have to be cancelled and a new one submitted after the old one was cancelled.
New order generated by Phone 07Feb17 will know status 24-48 hours (standard answer).
09Feb17 Phoned Telstra re status of new order, wait 24-48 hours.
Today 13Feb17 Order still not generated, wait till end of week.
Search for Order States generates error.
"Order 1-1057198860xxx not found. Please check your details and try again"
