Gave up after 30 mins on hold first time.
On hold 30mins + at which point the automated music stopped playing - waited another 5 mins before hanging up.
I cannot believe that premium Telco cannot provide better sales service to connect people to NBN.
If I could get through I'd leave feedback at end of call as automated message tells me early on - of course not being able to get through I can't leave feedback.
