New to this forum, and have been utterly dissappointed with our the NBN package from Telstra and the support experiance.
Previously had ADSL2 no issues with about 20mbs download speed.
I went for the Telstra NBN Large bundle with speed boost 100/40. Opted for MAX 2 Modem & also allowed Telstra Air.
Its now almost a week since it was installed and I have not been able to achieve more than 20mbs. Have made numeous calls to Telstra Billing / Tech support. The latest reason given is Co-existance. No one warned me about coexistance when I signed up for this package.
The best I can get with Telstra's NBN package is about 20mbs down and 6-7mbs upload. My Account says speed boost is active!
How can something be sold that cannot be delivered? It has been escalated to the complaints dept and I am waiting on call back.... I'll keep you posted.
Can anyone help? I feel so dissapointed that I am now ready to cancel all of our accounts with telstra and try another provider if we can't get past the coexistence excuse.
