I've just had my NBN gateway installed. Both WiFi and Power lights were both green. And Power and Optical lights are both green on the NBN Box. However the Quick start guide says an Email/SMS will be sent to be regarding which UNI-D port to use? I have not received anything about this. Also the top 'online' light which is meant to be green hasn't turned on at all. And when trying to connect a mobile phone or laptop to the internet it says 'network error'. Can someone please help?
