Our second appointment to connect the NBN was scheduled for Friday 17 March between 1 and 5pm after NBN cancelled our first appointment on the 3rd March.
True to form he didn't turn up, everyone is full of apologies but no one wants to take the big stick to NBNCo to tell them to smarten their act up.
I have tried to rebook an appointment through Telstra and have been told that there are NO appointments available for the month of April.
After spending some 3 hours on the phone I am frustrated and fed up with the blasay attitude of both Telstra and NBN, so much so that I am seriously considering telling them to stick the NBN.
It seems that NBN can stuff up and there are no consequences for them, only heart ache for the customer.
