NBN Gateway Modem - Not Working

I set up NBN Modem at home beginning of March. received a "Services are being moved" text on the 7/3. Setup kit noted up to 3 weeks for the changeover.

 

Since Monday I have had no internet connection, there are three green lights on th efront of the Modem but no lights on top.

 

Service in the area check notes:

 

 

Home Phone + ADSL
 
Current Interruption
Customers may experience difficulties using home phone and internet services.

 

Is that the reason the internet connection is down or if I am on the NBN now should this not be affecting me? Th einterruption is noted to go on until the 29/03 which is a hassle with nearly all our children's howmerok requiring internet connection.

 

Do I need to call for a troublehoot or sit and wait and hope things clear up next week?
