I set up NBN Modem at home beginning of March. received a "Services are being moved" text on the 7/3. Setup kit noted up to 3 weeks for the changeover.
Since Monday I have had no internet connection, there are three green lights on th efront of the Modem but no lights on top.

Is that the reason the internet connection is down or if I am on the NBN now should this not be affecting me? Th einterruption is noted to go on until the 29/03 which is a hassle with nearly all our children's howmerok requiring internet connection.
Do I need to call for a troublehoot or sit and wait and hope things clear up next week?
