Is it just me or is anyone else receieving a spike in their internet usage.
I am under a 100gb plan and since last year i have rarely exceeded my data usage, but towards the end of 2016 all of a sudden i get warnings reminding me that i have almost increased my data usage in just 2 weeks in to the new billing cycle.
And this has become re-occuring since the begining of this year, which has forced me to use my free data top up's for the year,
considering that i had no use for them last year because i never went over my data usage, but just 3 months in to 2017, i've used all of my three data top up's. This is ridiculous!!!!!
My internet activity has not changed but it seems that out of no where my usage has increased.
When i call Telstra and complain about the situation, they tell me that there's nothing wrong on their end, and their solution to the problem is getting me to pay more for data.
The lady that i spoke to, told me that i could get 2000gb of data!!!! if i upgrade with them,
And all of a sudden they've got this new plan that has just been introduced, that will save me from all of my troubles.
I just think that this is telstra's way of getting me to pay more by jumping to a new plan... if i don't get this resolved i am changing services!!!
oh wait i can't!!!! coz telstra's the only service provider in my area!!!!
