I've recently arranged for the NBN to be transferred to my new place. I've connected my existing modem as per instruction at my new place however I cannot access the internet. When I go to the gateway it says that there is an ethernet connection and my laptop and android phone are connected to the wifi. However nothing will load. Is there something in settings that needs to be changed?
The optical light on the NBN box is flashing green, the UNI-D1 light is flashing orange intermittently.
On my modem TG797v3 the wireless and WAN lights are solid green with the internet and and ethernet lights flashing green on occassion followed by solid green light (eg. flash flash flash solid for a few seconds and then repeating).
The telstra rep I spoke to when I arranged the transer said they would send a new modem at no charge just in case there was an issue however I haven't been giving any tracking number for this.
Any help?
