Has anyone else had problems with their NBN connection?
I was "connected" or at least the technician came and we thought he had connected our old line and our ADSL 2+ connection over to the new NBN.
Today 7 April 2015 represents 16 days since that connection and it's still not working. This is despite at least 9 'phone calls to 1800-834-273, all of which were answered by very polite people...but they still couldn't help.
