Anyone else gone for 18 days with no internet during NBN install. Originally told NBn cut over was on the Monday only to find our internet cut off on the Sunday. Since then I have been told so many stories from the weather, to NBN not available, to problems with cooper line, no one seems to know what is going on. I have been promisied numerous calls back and they don't happen. Formal complaint number received over a week ago and I have heard nothing from them even promised a call with 24hrs and that was 2 days ago. Here's hoping the next promised appointment happens, not holding my breath.
