Hey everyone i was hoping to find some people who are in a similar situation as me
I haven't had cable internet for 2 weeks now and the service status page has been updated to tbc. Wanted to know if anyone else is in the same boat. I was considering changing to nbn but if my cable connection isn't working and nbn has been hit and miss (from what i have read online) why should i? We live in sydneys inner west. Any news as to when our service will be working again? Surely i am not the only one. As paying customers we expect these things to be reolved quickly. Yes i know that technicians are working 247 and that sometimes the issue is more complex, but apologies over the phone and empty promises by customer service reps isn't helping us.
