I have an appointment in June for a Telstra technician to come to my house and connect us to the NBN. I have heard and read so many unhappy customers who have connected, particularly in relation to internet speed, that I prefer to stick with the system I already have in place. Also, as I have three phone lines into the house I am told this creates difficulties. I have emailed the Telstra rep who organised this for us five times but never has replied. I have called the loal Telstra shop three times and no one answers the phone. I prefer NOT to connect to the NBn at present but am having difficulty notifying anyone at Telstra of this.
