NBN

Hi,

The NBN installer came on the 3/5/17, he did not have any tools or cable, so he could not do the install. Another came on the 16/5/17, he could not do the installation. A third came later that day, did the install, tested it, all good, 4 green ticks on his phone. Now my Telstra connection manager can not make the Telstra appointment because NBN people have not told Telstra that they have done the job. It is tested and working, 4 green lights. I ring my Telstra connection manager daily, she says that she contacts you and is told to try again tomorrow. I have told her that there are 4 green lights.
