We have a brother fax/phone that the telstra team said would no longer work with the NBN, which is super inconvenient for a small business, thank you government for forcing NBN on us. (tech guy that came out to install the new modem said it may or may not work) So decided to try for the first time ever to send a fax using the computer scanner, also a brother. I have attempted several times to send a business document to no avail. So I guess what iam trying to ask is, is it the NBN to a non NBN connection that is causing the constant send failure? Can I actually plug my fax machine in and try without damaging/knocking us off the NBN and if not any of these options is it a telstra issue that they need to resolve to make my fax service workable. Any advice, suggestions or solutions appreciated thanks
