Getting sick of this NBN installation now... Please help me out!

Hello to whoever is reading this, this is going to be a very long story about my NBN issue that is still ongoing right now as we speak!

 

So around in december 2015, i've decided to get NBN installed, so i rang the NBN people up and they setted up everything for me so i had to wait a month for it to connect around the suburb i live at. So after that month i was using prepaid dongle (very lucky, though i had no internet for a one month). So after a month as i was saying, had to do so much calls during those month on tracking my order and status and other stuff. They had a NBN technician come in my house and they said, sorry we cannot do it, we need permission from your landlord, so about a week later i was told another NBN technician would come(this time i had permission from my landlord), they told me "sorry we cannot do it due to the wrong address" and i was really angry because all this waiting. So they've had a 3rd technician come in and it's been about 1 month and 3 weeks, that the NBN installation is still going on, Once again when the 3rd technician came. They simply just said "sorry we cannot do this because it is the wrong address". I clearly said every time the right address every time i ring them up! I DON'T UNDERSTAND, I SAY MY ADDRESS EVERY DAY, EVERY CALL, HOW DO YOU GET IT WRONG MATE?!!! IM FED UP YA KNOW!! So i've calmed down, waited another week and they said "sorry we will fix this issue by making a re order on your NBN order to change the address, so i've waited about 2 days and they said it's cancelled and now your NBN case manger is working on it. So they told wait 1 week, i waited a week. Rang them up again! Told me to wait another week. Rang them up again.... THEN ANOTHER WEEK!! Seriously it's going on!! It's already been 2 months and like 2 weeks!! Are you serious?!! Like you give mails to my mail box saying i must get NBN(you guys pretty force me to get NBN when i didn't want to!), like if you're gonna force me to get NBN then give to me already!! Why are you stalling! Is my NBN case manger really working on it? Or taking breaks now and then?! Like i just really want to curse every sentence i type!! I hate this service so much now beacuse of this NBN issue!! Like really!!! Like who does this?? Makes me wait almost 3 months and still no NBN? Bad customer service straight away already. Like really man! Like im really fed up that if it takes until 3 MONTHS, I'm just simply going to just change my service... Sick and tired of service. No help!!! I HATE STICKING WITH THE DONGLE!! IT'S ANNOYING. Not much wifi range!! Really telstra, fix this up already mate!! I ain't going to wait months and months are NBN. I'd rather switch services and the causes to lose more customers! Look i don't even know why you guys are forcing us to get NBN, like some of us don't want it! We are already good enough with the internet we got so far! SO PLEASE!!! GIVE ME AN UPDATE ALREADY!! I HATE IT THEY KEEP SAYING WAIT ANOTHER WEEK! IT'S ANNOYING!! HELP PLEASE, IM SO FED UP WITH THIS!! RUIN MY 5 WEEK HOLIDAYS AS WELL, MAKING ME RING YOU UP EVERY DAY! RUINING MY DAYS. Days go so fast because im ringing up so much that every call takes at least up to two hours!! COME ON REALLY??
