Hi
So at 11:30pm last night I lost NBN and So turn it off gateway max and left it off for 8 hrs.
This morning I have NBN internet and no dial tone(yes no lights on both phone lines on gateway max) on phone and I have followed the instrucations on tech support page(checking cables and resetting the gateway max) and still no joy..So before I spend 80mins+ on the phone to tech support is there issue with NBN phone line services...
