Hello everyone,
Can anyone tell me how I can monitor my drop outs through the Technicolour Gateway modem? (yes the 799model : / )
I have had the NBN for 5 months andit has been nothing but trouble with the drop outs and intermittant connections. I tend to loose the connection every 30-40 minutes with no pattern day night arvo it happens. (I work from home sometimes and get kicked out of the server)
I have logged into the gateway, but unfortunatley, this is doubel dutch to me? And I don't know if I am in the right area either.

Can anyone explain what this means?
Can anyone tell me how I can monitor drop outs?
NB I have fibre to node and am in a very old estate (established in 1930) would this have anything to do with the dropouts?
Thanks!!
