Recently I asked the NBN co. about getting NBN to my house. Firstly it was fixed wireless only, then only FTTN now it's only fixed wirelss.
I asked them when it would be done and received a reply staing the " build " had commenced in Sept.2015.
I then asked where the tower was so I could see how it was progressing.
To my complete surprise they said they could not locate or tell me where the tower was being built. How can that be ?
Surely if NBN has been building it for 10 months they do know where they bulit it!!
Maybe they have" lost the plot " , no pun intended.
Can anyone tell me where the tower is so we can let NBN know we have found it for them ?

In regards to your query, I have searched your address on our database and can confirm that your scheduled to receive fixed wireless service. The build commenced in your area in September 2015 and takes 12 months on average to complete, until the works have been finished and your area made serviceable there is unfortunately nothing that can done further to expedite or fast track the rollout. As you have been determined to receive fixed wireless it unfortunately not possible to switch to fixed line service.
