I have had no home phone for 5 days now after a outage that has since been fixed by Telstra,however I cannot connect to wifi still or use username and password to access.I was told to look in modem settings but I cannot access this either,desperate as playstation,phone and tablet also have no internet.Going crazy,I went to telstra shop who suggested I fill out a form regarding phone and look in modem settings,no help whatsoever.I have tried to call but have been on hold for over a hour twice and had to hang up.Desperate!
