I have had NBN installed and its working great. However, the sofryware for my virus protection is called Trend Micro and it says it cant update the software, everything else works and updates ok.
I have spoken to Trend Micro but they say that its all ok. Is there any special setup blocking my internet to a security/virus site that I need to change in my Telstra router? can anyone help?
