I was switched to the NBN on 29/7 and I can't get any connection of internet or phone now. The Gateway Modem that I was sent has constant red lights on the status and internet, the only green blinking lights are the 2 wifi lights.I have had 2 NBN technician visits (we are on FTTN) but still no resolution. I have reset the modem over and over again (at the request of the Telsta representatives I have spoken to). Noone can seem to tell me why this is not working or provide any resolution.
I had the modem plugged in prior to the switch and was receiving ADSL perfectly fine.
I work from home and need to have reliable internet.
Can anyone help, or has anyone gone through the same scenario?
