This NBN thing is just ridiculous! I have been away for 4 months with work, come home to find that my phone and Internet are gone but Telstra has been charging every month for the service. Clearly they have switched off the lines here but still charge for a service I don't have. How does this happen?? Did anyone think about those of us who work away who may not be here to know anything, and of course when you see you are still being charged you assume that everything is still fine and connected. PLEASE EXPLAIN TELSTRA????
