Have nbn available for our house. Finally :-) I want 100/40 and are happy to pay for it, but I want to get what I am paying for. Not much point paying for 100/40 if I can only get 12/1 due to the distance from the node or any other reasons.
Is there a way of determining maximum theoretical speed to my house? I say theoretical, because I understand that the actual speed dependes on the traffic, site accessed etc.
I don't quite get how Telstra can charge for 100/40 and at the same time say that they don't guarantee any speed? Is it even legal? But that is another story... :-)
