Hi All, and specifically Telstra representatives.
Can you please supply us with the setup credentials to allow us to use our own hardware (ATA's) to connect our home phones.
Any and all of the devices you have supplied so far are total garbage.
No wonder there are so many complaints about NBN and phone drop-outs, slow speeds and poor connections.
We have the ability to use our own Routers for internet connection, but are still hamstrung on the phone side of things by requiring the Telstra supplied gear to connect with.
You'd find your support services would have half as many complaints and enquiries f you'd allow us to use good quality hardware.
