NBN availability..

I have been transferred to the nbn network on the 18/11/16 since then I have no phone and internet ,numerous phone calls and trouble shooting all completed at my cost on a mobile phone,I have now been told that I hve a case manager and they need to send a tech to connect my service which was meant to be done 11 days ago .Telstra get rid of your overseas support centres and they have done nothing but agrovate me and never once fixed a problem only made things worse.Telecommunications ombudsman has been made aware of this complaint as well.
