Iam paying for 100mbps / 40 mbps for around 4 months.
On my bill it says superfast broadband but in my account its says fast and the speed boost is inactive. i was also told i be able to change this at a click so far still in active and only getting 60 mbps / 20 mbps and i am not alone on this issue, even those on Optus are getting the same results whats happen on the central coast.
Telstra New South Wales please explain and do not give the end user the crap story its the modem or its congestion NBN co and telstra Head quarters and techs are saying their is no reason why the service can be delivered and should be active so come on Telstra New South Wales fix up the issues and switch on my speed boost.
Below is what the account webpage is saying why is the speed boost not active i am paying the extra $20 dollars per month.
