Slow NBN

I have been dealing with Telstra for over 4 weeks about my NBN. I have had a case manager and now another one after I complained to the ombudsman.

One of the problems is they never ring back. Then they do, they do the same tests that the last person did.

My initial problem was that the NBN kept dropping out. Now it is stable but slow.

They did something a couple of weeks ago and asked my permission. I gave that, on the provision that they weren't going to slow the speed.

Now it slow.

All I want is fast reliable internet. I would be happy to have 25mbps.

I have tried all of the suggested tests.

I am going to keep complaining to the ombudsman every week until it is fixed or I have moved to another provider.

My advice to anyone thinking of getting the internet through Telstra- Don't.
