After over 12 month of trying to get our office connected to NBN I am almost at my wits end. Today I found out I have been passed on to my 4th case manager!
He rang today at 4.30pm to say NBN were coming tomorrow to install an ntd box in our office. I have told each case manager numerous times that no one works in our office on a Friday and yet an appointment was made for Friday and I was notified Thursday at 4.30pm! I asked him to reschedule to another time.
The case manager left a message on my phone at 6.15pm tonight to say if NBN doesn't come tomorrow i will have to wait until April before they can come and the Telstra connection might not happen until May!
This process started in November 2015 and I have had enough of you abysmal service Telstra. I find it hard to believe that there is no appointment for amonth and a half to fix an issue you have dragged on for so long.
It would be nice to be able to talk to someone who lives in this country!
