When I first got FTTN NBN my modem stats showed a max speed of 38 down/10 up. I checked to see if the super fast boost was aplied as that is what I have, and was told that there were works being done that would fix this before Feb 1st. On Feb 1st my max speed dropped to just uner 20 down and 6.6 up. what I want to know is how did upgrades actually degrade my service???
