So I ordered an nbn business dot bundle, on the 11th of February, there was a problem with ordering it through the website so someone rang me and I reordered the bundle through the phone sales team, to which I was informed I would receive an email with the reference number and it should be installed and modem sent within 3-5 business days. It is now the 8th of march and I have called the Telstra business team at least 10 times since then and all I get is that I haven't been assigned a case manager and I will within two working days. This has happened 5 times now and no one has called. Does anyone know how to get a case manager because I need this internet for my business and cannot afford to wait any longer.
