We are awaiting NBN activation, have received our Gateway. When I left home this morning our landline phone was working & so was our Bigpond Broadband. I returned home this afternoon to discover non functional landline & broadband. No call from Telstra to say that our residence has been "switched" on & I am unable to call Telstra because my landline phone is not working. Cables are all connected indoors & the Service Staus for our area shows no interruptions. What do I do? We work Emergency Services & our confidential communication is often performed on the landline phone.
