Hi there,
Been with telstra for a long while, I've just recently moved from Telstra Cable to NBN and I'm getting drop out issues.
I'm connected via ethernet cable to a microtik router to the NBN box, and during the evenings I'm getting packet loss at random times.
I've restarted my modem, and ran the following ping test.
Ping statistics for 8.8.8.8:
Packets: Sent = 2131, Received = 2048, Lost = 83 (3% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:

Here is a trace route to google.

Is there anything I can do to correct this problem?
Cheers.
