Hi there NBN experts! Since connecting to the NBN...whether I wanted to or not, I have experienced regular internet and phone disconnections. Resetting the modem seems to fix the problem but I'm growing weary of having to do this every day just to make a phone call etc. Is this a problem with this type of (Telstra) modem? Is there an alternative modem I should buy? or can I re-install the old modem? Also, how can I split the incoming phone line so I can reconnect my fax which is now redundant?
