Nbn superfast speed boost 100/2

I have nbn fttp and have superfast speed boost. Yet my uploads are only at 2Mbps. It used to be 100Mbps / 40Mbps.

But now in plan details it says 100 Mbps / 2Mbps.

If i do a speedtest i get 94Mbps down / 2.78Mbps up

I used to get 94Mbps down / 37Mbps up
