Hi I'm Zhijun. My NBN order placed on 2nd of March,2017. The technician came and installed the gateway on 16th of March, and NBN is still not working. I called both Telstra and NBN team about it and they said my order has been cancelled. They need to take 24-48 hours to fix it. I read many other discussion here and they all took around 2 months to be able to have their internet fixed. Really??? I REALLY need Internet by this Saturday afternoon and I am frustrated with it.
