Quick question,
How long should it take to change from ADSL to NBN after initial request and receipt of new modem?
Request for installation change over made on 1st, modem received 3rd, promised cut over to be on 7th.
I am ready ! No NBN so far, no contact has been made. Made one call however no answer after 20 minutes or so.
We did loose both internet and phone line for about 8 hours on 5th, looked good but back to ADSL after the loss of phone etc.
