I have a neice who is having an issue having her new NBN FTTP connection getting connected, it has been a saga ever since she moved into the new place, she went from FTTN to a house with FTTP. It was a 3 week wait for the install date for the NTD in the house, NBN installer was a no show, told another date which was a further 2 weeks.
NTD installed on Friday 7th April, connected the Telstra supplied router, all lights are green, no internet though, Telstra said it would be 24 hrs following the NTD install, it has been nearly 3 days with no internet in sight, Telstra keep saying the "Ticket" is being processed. She is at her wits end and I thinks it total rubbish the length of time it has taken and Telstra continue to charge her for a service she has not had for nearly 6 weeks.
Any suggestions on getting the Provisioning team to flick the switch.
