Hi Telstra,
I transferred from Telstra ADSL 2+ service to NBN on 10/4/2017 post code 3146 . Internet was working on Day 1 installation until a power cycle was done and it didn't work until after midnight on Tuesday. It was working fine on Tuesday and then come Wednesday it was down for the whole day until now and the services Status shown from unplanned outage on 10/4/2017 to 17/4/2017 , then it changed from 12/4/17 8:44pm to TBC , then today it changed from 13/4/17 10:17am to TBC. Any idea when the service will be back on , am i going to have no internet over the long weekend? Just want some answer instead of telling me to reboot my white box and black box continously on the phone with the tech support which does nothing. Thanks
