We are in the process of changing our adsl1 to nbn. Unfortunately the nbn order keep getting cancelled at least 6 times in the last 2 months without Telstra giving any reasons. In the meantime we were put on an incorrect plan, small adsl plan of 100gb/mth. Data ran out mid month therefore speed slow to a snail crawling. While nbn order is active and keep on putting the reorder Telstra said they can't do anything with our speed. Can't top up can't change speed can't add data allowance. I find this very hard to believe that a company like Telstra is this restrictive. Been like this for 2 months. I'm going to move somewhere else if this is still not resolved.
