Hi,
I am subscribed to a streaming service and I am having significant issues watching high definition quality without interruption on my laptop (connected via lan to telstra gateway max nbn modem).
I thought that it was the provider's fault, however when I have downloaded wireshark and observed the traffic, I have found out that there is a huge packet loss when trying to stream.
Alternatively, I have tethered my 4G Telstra connecteion to my laptop, and had no issues at all. Wireshark log showed a minimal loss in packets.
Can you please help in advising how to solve this issue? The streaming service runs under the base url http://clientportal.link:8080/
