No NBN for days

Getting really frustrated with Telstra!  Our NBN has been out for days.  Apparently there has been an outage in our area.  On the service status page there is no indication of when services are going to be restored, just says TBC.  This is shocking and not good enough Telstra!  Have to rely on a dongle!  Thinking of changing providers as I asked the call centre person if it is only Telstra and she said yes only Telstra customers.  I seem to be having ongoing issues with Telstra NBN and no one else seems to be having any dramas.  People tell me if I'm with Telstra I will have no NBN for weeks!!!  The call centre person said it should be restored soon as the technician is working on it.  Really???  Been working whatever problem it is for days!!!!  They can't even tell me what the problem is!!
