Has anyone just had NBN connected but still have no service? Mine has been installed for a week now but still I have no service. After countless calls to Telstra and in turn the NBN department I'm still none the wiser. My case manager never replies and after logging a formal complaint then visiting my Telstra shop in person I'm told that someone will contact me within 24hrs.. Still no calls, still no answers. I'm not even allowed to put my old ADSL+2 back on as this has been made obsolete.. Can someone please enlighten me?
