Hi, I have a TG799vac nbn router and cannot connect to my computer via ethernet. I have tested the cable and it is working correctly. Will the Ethernet light be green if it isn't connected to the router? I've been trying to get this to work for the past month and nobody I chatted with at Telstra was able to help me.
