NBN down AGAIN and AGAIN

NBN down again for 12 hours. Service status page says NBN data and phone should be working. This is happening two or three times a month. 

 

No answer on 1800 line to report faults or difficulties. 

 

No response on 24/7 chat - actually 24/7 chat redirects queries on NBN faults to the same non-functional support 1800 line.

 

Waiting times of 30-40 minutes are standard on the help lines. New standard is no answer at all.

 

NBN Telstra is totally second rate service.

 

Formal complaints not addressed. Most of the time the call centre support staff have such poor English skills effective communication is impossible.

 

Complaining to Local member AGAIN!!!! 

 

Moving list of formal complaints not addressed to the Ombudsman.

 

SICK of this Telstra. If is wasn't for a few gb of mobile data I have with a budget carrier, we'd be without any telecommunications at all. The budget carrier is more reliable and responsive to customers than Telstra.
