Help - is there any other way to get help than waiting on Telstra NBN 'help' line 1800 834 273 for 1 h 15 mins ( and counting....) ?
NBN Data and Voice outage at Bulli since 11:40pm last night, even though the Service Status page claims it was restored at 1:07am. ( as reported via using postcode in Service Status page).
Have rebooted NBN box and t-gateway, no improvement.
Now at work so cant try factory reset.
THought i was getting better service by paying a bit more and signing up for telstra nbn, but it seems not.
Is there an online NBN chat help service? ( my bladder can only last so long!)
