I was promised a call back at 10:00am Sunday morning which didnt happen. I was on the phone trying to contact Customer Support yesterday for an hour and a half with no success.
I am on the phone again now with no success to contact Customer Support.
The NBN connection has been down since Wednesday night last week.
Who do we talk to to get a status update?
I have had eight call attempts to Customer SUpport with 3 calls answered since the outage
